Our Origin Story
Family Together Alliance was founded on the belief that families with special needs loved ones deserve more support within their home and community. Our goal is to help families access and utilize those resources. We are dedicated to supporting families throughout all of Colorado.
We also enjoy volunteering within our community. You can often find Rocky out and about, especially at Lowes® and Walmart®. He would love for you to say hi and give him some pets!
Our Team
Mike and Mandi
Mike and Mandi have been married for over 17 years and have 3 children and 2 grandchildren. Their journey together with the special needs world began when their son was diagnosed with Autism at 3 years of age. Mandi has been working within the mental health field for 20+ years with a specialization in at-risk youth. Mike has enjoyed a successful career in sports radio for well over 25 years.
Bob and Susan
Bob and Susan have been married for over 55 years, They have 3 daughters, 5 grandchildren, and 2 great-grandchildren. Upon retirement, Bob and Susan moved to Colorado, after living in Southern California for over 40 years. Bob and Susan currently live with Mike and Mandi and have been care providers for their grandson.
Rocky - Family Alliance's Therapy Dog
Meet Rocky, our beloved mascot and therapy dog in training! With his playful spirit and gentle demeanor, Rocky brings joy to everyone he meets. Rocky participates in weekly volunteer work, brightening the days of everyone he encounters. We’re excited to see him grow into his role, spreading love and comfort wherever he goes!
